I am extremely pleased with Tech Heads and highly recommend them. Charles is very patient, knowledgable, and helpful. My computer was making a strange noise after I'd hired Bluffton PC repair in Bluffton to fix my keyboard. Charles discovered the noise was made because there were missing fan screws making my fan case rattle. The remaining screws were stripped from the previous guy not having the proper tools. Charles fixed the issue and updated my system. I now have a practically new computer.

I use Tech Heads for antivirus and love that I can call a real person if I have an issue. I also use them for my business email service and appointment calendar program and love it. It gives my business a level of integrity and credibility I didn't have before. The staff at Tech Heads is great to work with and takes the time to explain options and recommendations in non-techy language.
