Red Rover is a welcoming and comfortable spot for dogs and their owners. The staff is super nice, friendly, and helpful, making visitors feel at ease. The DIY dog wash station is well-equipped and functional, with everything needed for a thorough clean. The grooming services, provided by staff like Blake, are top-notch and tailored to each dog's needs. Even picky dogs feel comfortable and adored. The new owners, Jonathan and Claudine Vaughan, have cared for many pets and are highly trusted by the community. They, along with their staff, have become treasured friends for many pet owners. The staff takes great care of each furry friend, making them feel like royalty. Owners can feel confident knowing their pets are in good hands, whether for playtime or grooming. It's a place where dogs can enjoy a positive experience, and owners keep coming back for the caring atmosphere and excellent service.
So happy to hear the news of Jonathan and Claudine Vaughan becoming the new owners at Red Rover. They have cared for several of my pets in the past, 2 dogs, 2 cats and are phenomenal. I could tell how well they did by the excitement Austen and Tequila would have when I would arrive to drop them off. As if they were looking forward to their stay. We are fortunate to have now 2 phenomenal businesses in the area to look after our furry loved ones.
For those clients who are new to Jonathan and Claudine Vaughn, I would like to assure you that your furry babies are in really good hands. Although we have relocated from Hilton Head they took care of our family's pets for almost 20 years. During those years they and their staff members became not only our pet care givers when we were away, they became treasured friends. I only wish we could have brought them with us. I have had to find a new kennel for my pets and I know how stressful that is. I hope this; message will help those who are new to the Vaughns make an easier transition
I have used Red Rover to give my rescue playtime with other dogs. He is very large, 114 lb almost all black loved other dogs. He is a very large mixed breed. I had him there 4/27/25 and when I arrived was was inside. I asked why and they representative Deonte told me he notice that Big Joe was panting heavily and look like he was starting to overheat. I am am so grateful for this young man to recognize that in my dog that he was overheating and took action to assist him and bring him in to cool down.
