We chose Rain Tight Roofing after estimates from other roofing companies. Jason Holland was extremely thorough in evaluating the structure and condition of the damaged roof. Part of our reroofing project involved an insurance claim and he went above and beyond to ensure this was submitted correctly and represented our interest in receiving the correct reimbursement. The additional carpentry needed to correct major structural issues was addressed by a structural engineer that Jason brought in. When we hired Jason, we found out our house's previous installation was not installed correctly and was cutting off all air flow in the attic. The previous roof installation did not have adequate ventilation in general. He went out of his way to start our roof replacement as soon as possible. Due to the previous owner not getting done the proper work on previous installation, we had to use a lot of carpenter time to fix issues. He got all the crew needed to quickly handle our issues. They did a great job. When he did the job, he recommended changes including the type of skylights we had (previous ones were regular glass).
