I have dealt with Paul Langan and Company for 25 years or more. I love that they do quality work and good customer care. I highly recommend them for your home construction/renovations. When we sold our home the upgrades were excellent for the new buyer. We moved to NC and miss Paul and his company so much.
We contracted with Paul Langan to make repairs to the exterior of our home and repaint. Paul's construction crew replaced the trim boards, including corner trims, window trims, band boards, drip edges, and fascias, using PVC boards. Then the painting crew took over. They first power washed the house. After that, they spent more than a day caulking every seam, joint, and nail hole. In addition, the team prepared the previously painted surfaces by patching, sanding, and priming. Their attention to detail was second to none.
