My wife and I have been to massage spas all over the country and around the world and Spring Massage Spa is absolutely one of the best. Their understanding of what we needed especially with our medical history was a nice surprise. I would say over all it was one of the top two massages we've had.We both got the 90 minutes 4 hand massage. I don't think we've ever been so relaxed. We were both together in the couples massage room while our daughter was her own 90 minute massage.The next day my father in law went for his first ever massage and he loved it.Great place, clean and professional

My wife and I had a couple's massage here. It was very nicely decorated, clean location, and had a very peaceful ambiance. I asked for the back walking as well. The massage was very good, strong enough to get all the knots out of my back and neck, but not so strong that it was unbearable. The price was extremely affordable as well compared to other spas in the area. Next time we are in Hilton head, we will definitely be coming back here.
