Kara has been my Chiropractor for the last 4 years. I feel like a grew a couple inches after going to her the first couple months. Now I go to make sure I don’t injure myself with the adjustments and staying loose for construction work. She’s also great for post surgery adjustments from the stiff pillows and beds. They provide red light laser therapy to help rehab the deeper issues as well. She always ask how I’m holding up and if something new comes up she helps address it that same appointment.
