Based on their outstanding reviews and local reputation, and their in-house on island renovation team, we chose HHKT to complete an end to end renovation of our 4/4 villa in Palmetto Dunes. Living off island, it was important to find a contractor that could complete all of the work under one roof without me having to coordinate selections and work myself across multiple vendor/contractors. This is our 2nd project w/HHK&TS and both went wonderfully thanks to Debbie. For this primary bathrm renovation, she was truly a godsend. Tile stores can be overwhelming w/so many choices of color, texture, patterns, sizes, and prices. Debbie listened to my 'train of thought' and immediately pulled out a beautiful, neutral Terazio floor tile: "Start with one piece and build around it." Then, she pulled a few options for the shower walls & floor, the vanity wall and countertop. Debbie is so talented in working out a compatible selection of colors and patterns that the best combo quickly popped out. I LOVED all that we chose! After a kitchen fire in November, I was thrilled to be working with all the professional folks at Hilton Head Kitchen & Tile Studio to redo my kitchen. Randy (the owner), Debbie, Travis, and Tera were so helpful in helping me make decisions about choices and my kitchen looks fantastic! I was guided through all steps and found everyone to be very timely and communicative which was really appreciated and hard to find these days with so many companies. I was impressed to find how large the showroom is since it doesn't look that large on the outside, but I stepped inside and knew I would be offered the best and most current materials.
