I love the online check- in.Its a great timesaver and the stylists are so warm and friendly. I’ve tried other places but Great Clips best suits my needs. Always a pleasant experience.

I have been getting my hair cut at Great Clips for about 5 years. Most of the time the service is good as I sign in, the stylist that has been assigned to me have been good. The only issue I have experienced that is a negative is many times you can't get the same person as they went elsewhere to work.

5 Stars are for Marie. Make sure you call to see if she is working and wait ONLY for her! Not only a master of her profession, but very personable, too.
(Marie only reason: My last two visits there:
• late by 30 minutes employee, strolling in on phone, ignoring waiting clients for another 10 minutes
• employee only asking, ‘how short you want it?’ to every client with not another word said until taking their money…)
