I have been very displeased with the result at Faces but was trying to work with them over 6 months before I gave up. 1st time I ended up with very long & unnatural lashes with having all the lashes on the outside half of my right eye falling off after a week. Teresa was often late& I could see her doing email or texting through the curtain. They do NOT wear masks so I had to wear one while she leaned over my face. She even coughed once, no apology. Don’t bother with the Coy set. Got mine 2 weeks ago today and I have 4 lashes left on my right eye and 5 (all clumped together) on my left. Total waste of money! I have been getting lashes for about a year and never had to refill before 4 weeks. Once COVID hit I had to let them fall out. This was a new set I got the week they reopened so I was SO excited. Very disappointed in results. Salon is super cute and clean but lashes were a huge disappointment. Cancelled my refill and trying a different place in HH. My usual place is still closed in PA unfortunately.

Great employees and they do great work, but the business owner seems to not care about the clients or employees at all. The beds are super uncomfortable, and compared to other lash studios, everything feels rushed. It would have definitely been a better experience if I was comfortable, not changing the neck pillow every 5 minutes. I also really do not like the fact the use PLASTIC lashes, for over $99 I expect way more than that.
