I was worried I’d lose everything on my old computer, but Steve completely saved the day! Not only was he able to recover all of my files and transfer them safely, but he also upgraded my SSD to 1TB, added antivirus protection, and performed all the necessary updates. My computer is now running faster than ever — and for less than what a brand-new computer would have cost!

The turnaround was incredibly quick — only 2 days — and Steve even set up a remote support app so he can help me with any future issues without me needing to bring my computer back in. Within the last few months I had two emergencies with my computer failing and Steve responded immediately on a Sunday, Steve is very professional and will explain in detail on what has to be done, Steve provides excellent services and very pleasant to work with.

Steve responded to my phone call inquiries immediately! I was at the shop as soon as I could get there. He identified the problem and sent me on my way to purchase a new charger because mine had failed. What a relief! What a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Dayweb.
