Ken and Amber care. I love these two. Their suggestions and patience are appreciated. Riverbend is the best company hands down. The whole team (don't know all the workers names) really work to get the job done beautifully. The shelf man (James), electrician and brick layer are excellent.

We couldn't have asked for a better company to build our home. We never built before and I was stressing about the process but they made the whole process easy! Amber, Kim, Ken, James, Tammy, the whole team there was always helpful and reassuring, and incredibly knowledgeable.

My wife and I bought a lot near downtown Hartsville and chose Riverbend after interviewing another builder as well. In May 2023 we sold our previous house and moved to a cottage in Northern Michigan. Riverbend started construction early May and finished 5 months later. We had no problem communicating via e-mail and trusted them to build according to plans and agreed upon changes. We were not disappointed. Minor issues were dealt with promptly. The workmanship was first rate, and Riverbend has quality features on little things that are not specified in the plans.
