I call MKA close to 5pm on Monday March 9th and they had someone at my house by 3:15 pm on Tuesday March 10th! The technician kept me informed about what was wrong and why the unit was not cooling and verified I was okay with what was needing to be replaced and the cost. I definitely recommend them! Great and very reliable service.

The technician that came out to my residence was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained what was causing my heat to not work and was very transparent about what my system needed for the repair. He had the necessary parts on-hand and was able to get my system running again quickly. Thanks for coming out Austin!

We called this morning due to intermittent cooling for the past few weeks and were pleasantly surprised when they advised that a technician could likely come out in the afternoon. When the technician (Shadow) arrived he took time to listen to what we had diagnosed and then found the issue within five minutes. The faulty component was in stock in town and the technician was able to install it the same day. Prices seemed pretty reasonable too. All the employees we spoke to were friendly which we find to be fairly rare. Keep up the good work.
