This service call was for my mother. She is elderly, non verbal, and not so hip at texting. I happened to be visiting her on vacation. Nick, and the receptionist were accommodating to her, and myself. They listened to the history, and the attempts to resolve the issue. They explained the process of the service call. They worked with me to get the problem resolved with minimal extras. Nick identified the issue, offered options, and gave us the best K.I.S.S. (KeepItSimpleStupid) explanation . Thank you to the young lady answering the phone, and Nick for the follow up to the secondary service call.
As always, Ace sent over a highly competent and responsive technician to examine my dishwasher drain issue and implemented a quick solution. While here, he also inspected the plumbing set up of all my other sinks in this recent flip, and also repaired a tub drain stopper that never worked. Now my grandchildren can take a proper bath after visiting us on the beach.
