Tracey was my nail tech and she graciously corrected the uneven bumpy acrylic work from another nail shop I previously visited. It was clear that was experienced. Her professionalism was seen throughout the entire encounter. It was even there when she waxed my brows. What’s more, when I was about to leave, it had suddenly begun pouring down rain. One of the men staffers there offered to walk me to my car with an umbrella! This was to notch service.
