Excellent communication, responsiveness and professionalism. My AC failed on a Sunday afternoon, and my insurance assigned Changing Winds as the service provider. I immediately received a call from the technician asking questions to evaluate the situation and make sure we didn’t have any hazards due to the equipment failure. On Monday the tech arrived and was very thorough fixing the issue with my system. I would definitely recommend his services.

James was amazing. We had a leak in the ceiling related to our HVAC unit in the attic. We discovered it on a Saturday, called AHS, and we were assigned Changing Winds. After stressing to AHS that this was an emergency, I got off the phone with them, sat for a few minutes to let the service request go through, and then called him. He was already on the phone with my husband who was away, and was getting ready to call me. He made time to see me that day, was very very communicative on when he would arrive, quickly resolved the issue, and communicated everything the whole time.
