Zach went above and beyond for us. I have never had a home inspector call me and take the time to go over the report. It enabled me to not feel so overwhelmed looking at the report and I could have an informed conversation with my realtor. Incredibly nice guy and I appreciate all he did for us! 10 stars if Google would let me
Zach did a fantastic job and provided a very thorough report for us. I am fortunate to have received his name from so many friends who have had great experiences and will be sure to pass his name along to everyone as well.
Chris was a fantastic inspector, he was totally transparent during the inspection and also gave me an indication of what factors would need to be urgently addressed vs monitored over the longer term.
The level of detail and supporting pictures in the report will be something I reference as a homeowner for years to come.
