Went by today at 4pm. Their hours on their website were listed as open until 5pm. When I arrived there was a handwritten sign on the door that said “closing at 3pm today”
I'm very pleased with the service I received from Ted! He arrived early, was very thorough and knowledgeable, very professional and went above and beyond to address each of my concerns! I will be recommending him to everyone I know needing an inspection and will most definitely hire him again myself!!!
Upstate Home & Property Inspections were very easy to deal with from setting up the appointment to being on time, by walking me through the inspection process, making suggestions, and providing a very complete and detailed report. The inspector was well prepared, used the latest technology and was willing to answer all questions. I would use them again.
