My wife was just treated at Upstate Dermatology. From the time we entered the office, the staff was friendly and reassuring. Tanner Hodgins treated my wife who was extremely nervous. He was very attentive, calming and explained everything that was going to take place and what would happen after the procedure was over. He was excellent and handled the procedure with efficiency in a way that completely calmed my wife. We were extremely pleased with both Tanner and the staff and recommend Upstate Dermatology.
I’ve probably been seeing Dr. Korman for a little over a year dealing with eczema & basil cell & squamous cell carcinoma. He always seems to be in a good mood, takes his time & explains things throughly & answers all questions. Makes me feel comfortable dealing with something I hate dealing with. Amazing bedside manner. I left the office in a better mood than when I went in yesterday bc of his attitude. That’s refreshing.
