Called for an appointment for my son because their website specifically states they accept medicaid. Appointment person I spoke with informs me that they do not accept Medicaid even though it says so on their website.

I went to Dr. Baker for over a year for treatment for what he said was psoriasis. He prescribed a steroid cream as treatment and nothing else. After a year with the effected areas spreading, the cream prescription was cut in half, but Dr. Baker did nothing else to treat me... instead he just charged me over $200 for the office visit. I went to a different dermatologist, and he seemed to recognize right away that my skin condition was the result of being allergic to a heart medication. The new doctor gave me a steroid shot as well as a cream, and of course directed me to contact my cardiologist about the medication that appeared to be causing the issue. Anyone wonder what happened to Dr. BAKERand why weren't patients advised he stopped his practice? I actually went to an appointment before I was told he had discontinued his practice. No follow up at all from administration and looks like Advance Dermatology of national acclaim is going in there. So be it!
