The process start finish was very easy - they had a rep out here quickly and I received communication steadily about the arrival time so I wasn’t waiting long. The young guy that came to service the floor drains in my commercial kitchen was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and had us up and running within an hour.
I would highly recommend their service.
