I can't say enough about Tony and his ability to deliver results when it comes to personal training. His knowledge of the techniques involved in transforming a physique is far beyond that of any trainer I've worked with in the past. The amount I have learned from him in just two months is amazing! In addition to his ability to correct my form, he motivates me to push myself to just the right level to achieve the results I want — all while having a blast doing it! I've never been the type to lift weights until now... and I enjoy every minute of it!
