I’ve taken my dogs here now for over 4 years. The staff is great, facilities are very nice. I trust them with my babies. They also do a great bath service. The only thing I would add is a camera to see my dog when they’re in boarding!

My dogs seem so much happier boarding here than at other places. Boarding can be combined with Play Care, and I usually will sign my dogs up for Play Care every day while they are boarding. This allows them to be in the company of other dogs under supervision, and with some time out to rest in smaller kennels at the periphery of the large indoor play area. The outdoor grass area appears well-maintained and keeps the dogs more engaged than artificial turf, however be aware that it cannot be sanitized like artificial turf, but the staff does keep it as clean as possible. Otis likes Hollycrest better than he likes home; he's loved on there; he sleeps; he eats, he runs all day with his best buds - if he could only drive ... Heck, what's not to love at Hollycrest?!?!
