I had a great experience with Doug Hall's Garage today. I called this morning to see if they could help me identify the mileage on an older car we were selling to someone today. I needed to make sure the confirmed mileage was on the title when we sold it. They let me come right down and Wild Bill was so kind and patient to help me. He was able to extract that information for me off my vehicle. He was so helpful and professional. I definitely will take our cars there the next time I have any issues. I recommend asking for Wild Bill :)

I was traveling from NC to visit family. On 85, my lower engine cover became loose and was dragging on the highway. My brother-in-law recommended Doug Hall's Garage. We immediately went there, and the owner was incredibly understanding and said he would look at it right then and there. Although they didn't have the correct screws, they were able use zip ties to secure the cover so I could safely drive. And they very generously did not charge me anything.
I would highly recommend this garage and if I lived in the area would surely use their services. I am very grateful for their kindness and generosity.

The cooling fan had to be replaced on my Nissan Pathfinder, due to a bearing damage, causing strong vibration and grounding noise when running… They have identified the issue within minutes on Thursday afternoon and scheduled time for me for Monday morning. Car was fixed same day. Decent service, hard working staff. This was my second time there, and I will come back next time if needed.
