I found CMY through a family member that hired them to repair a deck. I was so impressed with the work, I immediately contacted Yovan. I had a long list of repairs due to putting things off for far too long (I didn't know who to use), including water rot on my front porch and rebuilding a low deck and ramp for my tool shed.
Yovan and his crew finished all the major jobs in one afternoon. The work areas were clean and the work was excellent. I had previously hired CMY Contractors to do a couple of large jobs, so I knew they do good work. But when I had 2 small patches of ceiling that needed drywall replacement I was afraid it would be too small of a job for them to take on. Not so! I called on a Friday and Yovan came out and had it done by Wednesday the following week. Beautiful job!

Our first job CMY Contractors did for me was an add-on to our garage. The job was for all work, framing, insulation, sheetrock, painting, electrical and AC. Also windows. They did such a great job, I had them back to add a small deck with a mobility ramp for my wife
