We ordered a glass panel for a remodeled shower. They came and installed it - but - my wife had told them to cut it the same as the one removed, and it was different from the way the old one had been attached. They came back, took it out, and had to cut a new glass panel to satisfy us. Today they installed the new one, did a fine job, and gave us no grief over the misunderstanding. Kuddos to this company.
