“I booked an online appointment for shock wave therapy. I didn't realize you can only have it only once a week and since I had it done elsewhere , they only advised once a week. I called 3 days before my scheduled appointment to get the 49.00 credited back to my account.
They have not given me my money back. I have called and left messages regarding the fact that I paid and haven't been reimbursed. No one returns my messages, even though I keep calling. Very frustrating to say the least. All I want is my 49$ credited back to me. I have never even stepped foot into their office, or had any treatment done by Abrams Chiropractic. If they had returned my money after canceling then there would be no issue. Thanks
I just received a call from the office and the gal mentioned they had a new AI service and they weren't getting my messages. She rectified the issue with crediting my account for never having been in there. Lisa took care of it right away and apologized saying she wasn't aware that I had left messages.
So glad it got taken care of.”
