I booked an online appointment for shock wave therapy. I didn't realize you can only have it only once a week and since I had it done elsewhere , they only advised once a week. I called 3 days before my scheduled appointment to get the 49.00 credited back to my account. They have not given me my money back. I have called and left messages regarding the fact that I paid and haven't been reimbursed. No one returns my messages, even though I keep calling. Very frustrating to say the least.
