The BEST! I thought I could install a stereo and 4 cameras with a video switch myself. I was wrong. Could not get the cameras to trigger. I went to Carolina Audio. They were very busy but even still the owner came out looked at my problem. Explained my problem and told me what to do. He scheduled me an appointment in the future and said to come back if the tweaks he told me did not work. Outstanding customer service. Other shops I called would not be bothered with my problem. I would highly, highly recommend them. Organized, polite, customer focused, and knowledgeable. Dan.

Man these guys are the absolute best! Rusty is super informative and makes the process so easy! Carolina Audio installed my Katzkin leather in my truck and I could not be more pleased with how it turned out! 10/10 recommend to ANYONE!! Thank you Rusty at Carolina Audio!!

I’d give more stars if I could. My experience with them could not have been better. Rusty was great with communication and was incredibly accommodating. I was unsure what I wanted my seats to look like and he gave input as well as sending me home with swatches to check out the colors in different lighting (especially since the colors look different online than in person). After deciding, I just sent him a picture of the seat I designed on the Katskin website and he took care of the rest. They made the whole process easy and I’m very happy with what I got.
