We have been working with Americas Home Place for a while because of our unique situation (no fault of AHP) and they have been nothing short of amazing through our process. Daryl has answered every question we have with such patience and knowledge and Gracie has been so helpful with any follow up questions we have had throughout our process. We are excited to start the construction process now that they have helped us design our dream home! I will report back once construction is complete! I highly recommend Americas Home Place! Update! Our build is now complete! From footers poured to final walk through was almost exactly 5 months! I want to brag on our project manager, Eric Hess. He went above and beyond in every aspect to make sure things were done in a timely and correct manner, and that we stayed under budget with our land improvements. He made the process enjoyable for us and stayed in contact with us very good throughout the build! We are very happy to finally be in our new Berglund Modern Farmhouse! Thanks AHP Greenville team!

We've had a remarkable experience so far with AHP in Greer. We're building what will likely be our forever home on family land, so we were very apprehensive about which builder to choose. All the people we've worked with have been delightful. Morgan helped us understand the process and answered our many, many questions. Gracie and Allison have fielded just as many questions and are so kind. Devin is juggling all the logistics of our build so far and doing a great job.
Their preferred lenders and preferred attorney have been amazing to work with. We wouldn't have made it very far without their help.
We were able to make every little change to the design that we wanted without going over budget and they are extremely up front about every penny we are spending. No hidden costs or gotchas. Morgan made great suggestions along the way for how we could save money on a few things. We greatly appreciate working with people that care about our budget and goals more than running up their own profit. Zero pushiness throughout the process. Expectations have been set very realistically at each step and we are thankful for the honest communication.
We will post a review after we get settled in the home, but for now we can say we highly recommend the Upstate SC Team of AHP!

My dad used AHP, and we just finished building a home for my father in law. The experience was nothing short of phenomenal. Very clear communication, quality work, and a beautiful home. My dad is going on 10 years in his home and it’s still in great condition. My husband and I will build our home with them in the next year or two. We can’t wait! Very highly recommend.

This was our first experience in having a custom home built. We overall enjoyed working with Americas Home Place and the Greenville staff. We would like to mention some of the staff we worked with that helped us navigate our process to be seamless. Daryl Duwe who was patient and offered great ideas with choosing and customizing one of their plans to make it our own. Thank you! We chose the LONGVIEW MODERN FARMOUSE with a full walkout basement. Beautiful open floor plan. Among the builders Devin Delozier and Aaron Connell. Thank you, guys, for making our dreams come true. We appreciate while all builds come with the hiccups as part of the building process however you guys communicated with us throughout the process to get things done. Thank you! Among others were Gracie Lucas, Gemma Davis that were a pleasure to work with. A month later and STILL loving our beautiful home. We highly recommend AHP at the Greenville location as a choice for your custom home builder they are an excellent staff and that offer a warm welcome from the start to finish with beautiful results.

My new build is up to laying the block foundation this week and I have to say everything is running on schedule and on time. Shout out to Morgan and Devon for the great tag team effort.
