My heat pump failed during this last hot and humid weather. My wife is facing very serious cancer surgery and was quite uncomfortable. I called for service in the morning, explaining the situation, and Rick said he would be out that afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised when he showed up a short while later. He started to work on the unit and was going to have the parts delivered. Rick quickly performed a complicated repair working in a professional, courteous and friendly manner. When presenting a very reasonable bill he hoped that my wife would be ok. Great service from a great guy. Thanks Rick!

I could not be happier. I have had more than a few HVAC repair companies come to my home to fix an issue. Almost all of them want to charge you way to much to fix a simple issue. Not these guys. They were fast, professional, and fair. They diagnosed the issue and didn't try to sell me a bunch of junk I didn't need. I will be calling on these folks anytime I have an issue, and I will gladly refer my friends and family to them as well. Thank you for your help!
