Very happy with Affordable Air. Very professional, knowledgeable, and timely. They are dedicated to taking care of customers problems with accuracy and reliability. When we called them about our heater issue, they offered a couple of things to try before coming out. We appreciate that as they are not just looking to make money but to help the customer.

My heat pump failed during this last hot and humid weather. My wife is facing very serious cancer surgery and was quite uncomfortable. I called for service in the morning, explaining the situation, and Rick said he would be out that afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised when he showed up a short while later. He started to work on the unit and was going to have the parts delivered. Rick quickly performed a complicated repair working in a professional, courteous and friendly manner. When presenting a very reasonable bill he hoped that my wife would be ok. Great service from a great guy. Thanks Rick!
