Ryan and Matthew are a complete pleasure to have help you with loans and understanding things ! but Christie the lady representative has the absolute nastiest attitude! She has no patience or mutual respect for clients ! she also snapped at my toddler children that are 2 and 3 yrs old they walked towards the bathroom and she was very rude when she told me why she was closing the door that lead to the bathroom. Ryan had informed me earlier in that it was personal records back there so I understood the reasoning of her closing the door but it’s just ways to handle situations and that wasn’t professional on her end . The level of comfortability and effective attention to any and all my needs makes me feel at peace coming in and speaking with either Peter, Matthew or Christy. I am happy to be a member and definitely will recommend this office to any of my peers.
