Always professional work. Very pleased with all 3 of my dogs grooming. They always ask if I need anything extra or if I have anything that they can handle for me. I'm very pleased with there promptness and professionalism. I love that they give a text reminder for my appt. too. All n all I'm very pleased with this establishment.

I took my dog to pet smart and chinquapin and I had a horrible experience at both places. The places were dirty and my yorkies hair wasn’t even trimmed all the way and her glands weren’t done. Took my little one to Sam and boos and the lady there Jackie was so nice and the place even smelled clean. My pup look like she was ready for a show after Jackie groomed her. Later I found out Jackie was the only master certified groomer around. Definitely be taking her there from now on

My fur babies had the best spa day ever here! It was my first visit and will forever be the place that my babies will go to. A professional service was provided compared to Petsmart and Petco. I highly recommend this place!
