Magnolia Manor is described by some as having a phenomenal and exceptional staff who are fantastic, caring, responsive, and helpful. Clients are reported to be happy and thriving, with daily care that is spot on and could not be better. The environment, however, has received criticism for being smelly and having roaches, with a note that it was once very clean. While many find the staff friendly and irreplaceable, there is a concern that the facility needs better regulation and maintenance.
What a great staff and facilities. Staff are great with residents and commicate well with family members. They have kept us updated on all steps of care and any changes to their needs.
I highly recommend that if have a need for short or long term care visit magnolia manor.
Our family will always be grateful for the compassionate care my dad received at Magnolia Manor in Greenwood during his hospice journey. The staff treated him with kindness, dignity, and respect, and they provided comfort not only to him but to our entire family during one of the most difficult times of our lives.
