Front desk just there to get paid no knowledge on dog told me to pick my dog up off the floor because they don’t know if he’s been vaccinated or not what if I would have had a 90 pound dog with me

My neighbor took her dog here his butt had a knot on it. They said it was his anal glads they cut him .no pain meds ho antibiotics. He can't even walk its like he's paralyzed on his left side . They wouldn't even let the owner go back in the back with the dog . The dog is so pitiful .Do not take your dog here.

Our first trip was amazing. We finally choose to dive into a new vet that wasn't an hour and a half away. After 30 at our vet it was time for a change and I think we've found our furever vet. Time to make appointments for the rest of our pack. Everyone was amazing. Definitely recommend 👌 👍

I am not from the area and needed to find a vet to take my baby to. Their website allows you to book online and I got an appointment for the next morning. I appreciate this feature, especially as someone who relies on a cochlear implant and phone calls are hard. It was incredibly easy to use and the fact that I could get in so quickly as a new patient was great, mind you this was days before Thanksgiving. My dog had been having reoccurring urinary problems and they took it seriously. Before each service, they clearly communicated the cost and in my opinion, are fairly affordable compared to other vets I have been to. My dog is a big girl who can be stubborn when she is uncomfortable. The doctor and tech were very patient with me and my dog and all her quirks. They even reported that she was well behaved while they shaved her privates, and she is not normally able to maintain her sweetness over stubbornness; the fact she did means they really earned her trust. They discussed with me concerns that I hadn’t even been aware of looking out for, and provided a treatment plan to help my dog long term, not just short term as previously had been the focus of our vet at home. They also gave a printed prescription for a specific diet to take home so that I could fill it once we returned from our travels. They were patient for all my questions and every person on the staff I interacted with was really nice.

We had an emergency on vacation with our puppy. We were told to take him to Kinards by our vet at home. All the staff was very friendly and kind to my husband and our Otis. The Doctor was very thorough and shared all the information from test with my husband. So they get a 5 star in our book.

Edit: as a first time pet owner, I would have liked being told that ringworms and ringworm treatment was gonna cause skin and hair lost for my kitten, to be careful using miconahex-triz, and given her a cone.
Good service but hidden fees. On the phone they told me it was 92$ for the bundle and in person told me it was 59$ for the extra tests. Total ended up being 202$ cause they don't tell you they charge for the medicine or how much it costs til you are at the counter. Great place but I wouldn't recommend to first time pet owners who are limited on money.

Amputated my cats toe at their recommendation never gave us care instructions then said it was infected charged more $$ and toe not healed $1000 later the vet never came to talk to us. We would have liked to speak to the person that cut on our animal. Ruining the kinard name.

DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR PET. I went in to have my dogs anal glands expressed because they were full and was expressing them everywhere. They told me her anal glands were completely completely empty (which is naturally impossible) and gave me an antibiotic because she probably had a UTI??? (She didn’t ). I knew what they told me wasn’t right but they wouldn’t listen to me. I took my dog to another vet three days later. Her anal glands were so full they were on the verge of rupturing. They informed me her anal glands were really hard to get to so the last vet probably didn’t try when they couldn’t get to it. At this point they were infected and my dog was on antibiotics and muscle relaxers for nearly a month. They then suggested a surgery to ultimately clean them out.
This vets office is irresponsible and lazy and cost me thousands of dollars. If they would have just done their job and listened to me this would have never happened. If suing for veterinary malpractice was something you could do-trust me I would. Please do not trust your animals with them they are careless and neglectful.
