3 stars because the two physicians I have seen at this office are phenomenal. Mary Hyatt and Katherine Johnson are wonderful. Took 2 stars off because this office is extremely hard to get ahold of on the phone for any reason, and because most of the other staff I have encountered besides the physicians are not particularly nice/friendly.
