This has got to be the worst company ever. The COMMUNICATION with this company sucks. My family member has been a client with this company for almost 3 years now and I have never had problems with this company until recently. My family members Caregiver on the weekends will call out almost every weekend and this come doesn't notify me until 30 minutes after the time the caregiver is supposed to be there. They call to let me know and tells me they can't find coverage and we need to take care of my family member (which is fine) but my family members insurance pays this company for her to have help inside their home. I called earlier to speak to somebody, and I asked to speak to Ashley, and I was advised I couldn't speak to her that I would have to talk to the area manager Jackie I would rather deal with it my own self then deal with Jackie because she will not take care of anything, and will just ignore the issue. This company ran so much better when Annette was there. Annette made sure there was coverage any time a caregiver would call out. If she was still with the company, I wouldn't be having all these problems. Annette went above and beyond for her staff and her clients. The other caregiver that takes care of my family member throughout the week is fantastic; she makes sure she goes above and beyond for my family member and makes sure she is taken care of. I will be contacting my family members case manager Monday morning and getting this handled and if it continues then I will be looking for another agency to go to. Let this company be your last option, if you go with this company, they will not have coverage for your family member and will not try to find coverage.
