I absolutely love this boarding facility. I love the compassion of the staff, and they really love their fur babies. I trust that my Great Dane and my Hound mix are safe and are taken care of by this amazing staff.
These guys are awesome. Recently dropped my fur kid off for the week while I was out of town. They took awesome care of my GSD and didn't mind me calling to check on her (the whole thing tore my nerves up). They took care of her, though, and reassured me she was the sweetheart I knew she was. Totally eased my mind. Will definitely leave her in their care again. Just knowing how well they take care of her makes it a little easier to leave her... and I was worried the dog would have separation anxiety ?
Scheduled to have my dog groomed and showed up at opening and dropped my dog off .Twenty minutes minutes later I get called that groomer had called in. Know that that at check in would have been nice. Very unprofessional of groomer not letting office know he wasn't going to be there so customers would know at check in. Girls there didn't do a good job on washing her. This was a very bad impression for a first time customer
