Your failure to properly complete and stand behind the $77,000 roof repair has left me no choice but to take a different approach.

When you accepted my payment, you represented that the roof would be repaired and that you would follow up on any continuing leaks or necessary repairs. That has not happened. The roof continues to leak, and despite my calls and text messages, you have not responded or taken action.

At this point, I consider this a breach of your agreement and your obligations. I trust you will do the right thing, contact me immediately, and make arrangements to correct the leaks without further delay.

One of their drivers just tailgated and recklessly drove to get to the same red light as me and my husband coming home from out of town by davenport Christmas tree farm. Horrible reflection of the company.

We could not be more pleased with the quality of the work that was done to replace our entire roof at Harley Funeral Home and Crematory. Everyone was so easy to work with and understanding regarding working around our schedule. And the result is beautiful! Thank you!
