USR installed three helical piers to support our foundation. Mike, DJ and Priest dug down with shovels to get under the slab footing, which avoided damage to our sidewalks, fence, and deck. It was greatly appreciated! In addition, Miss Christy from the USR office was extremely helpful in answering several questions we had before and after the project. Fred came out and provided the estimate for the work. Fred and Mike are great at explaining the process and what was involved,
Had an excellent experience with Upstate Structural Repair. They did foundation repair work for the carport on my house. Fred was great to work with on the planning and estimate, with clear communication. Very happy with the end result and I feel much better about the long term stability for that part of the house. Michael did a great job completing the work, everything looks professional.
Would highly recommend USR. Scheduling with Christy was a breeze. Fred came out to assess some framing damage in crawl space. He clearly and honestly explained everything. He walked me through exactly what he was seeing and used simple diagrams to show the issues, and never once tried to upsell unnecessary work. The written estimate was detailed, well-organized, easy to understand, and arrived in my email the very same day.
