Paid for 2 months and after 2 weeks into my 2nd month i was told that I could not longer tan anymore because I had a Red card. No notice just walked in and was told that I couldn't tan

I had such a great experience at Palm Beach Tan thanks to Alyssa! She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to walk me through every single step, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt completely comfortable with everything. You can tell she really cares about the customers and wants you to have the best experience possible. I never felt rushed and she explained everything so clearly. I seriously could not recommend Alyssa enough she made the whole visit so easy and enjoyable!

[UPDATED 1/29/25: I was contacted by Area Mgr., Erica, who seemed genuinely concerned about my experience. We had an easy conversation and it was remedied. This was a series of choppy events and oversights, but a learning experience for us all - and I had no real complaints about the staff personally.]

Went in for a single tan and a much needed boost in this freezing cold. I usually get a single tan or the buy one specials. The tall girl handling my visit tells me the different options but I didn't have much time before a class and just wanted a quick in/out.
