They installed a brand new sliding glass door, was very pleased and had great professional support . The crew that installed was such a refreshing experience. I pulled up and they were playing Christian music as they worked. Handles everything with such precision details leaving nothing undone. I would recommend Southern industries for any home remodel. Will be using this company again soon.
This experience has been anything but pleasant. We had a tub to shower conversion that ended up leaking downstairs into the light fixtures in our kitchen. We are 2 months almost 3 and still awaiting the promised repair and free upgrades. We were told to hire a plumber to find the leak, which led to a mitigation team coming out to assess the damages. SI didnt like the estimate so they sent a representative out (which they should have done initially). The workers are unprofessional, rearranging items in my garage, going in my refrigerator without permission after being offered a cold drink and saying no, etc. Speaking with project manager on speaker phone who made derogatory... read full review
Excellent experience. Our sales rep, Bogdan , Opanasyuk was well qualified - sharing all the information needed for us to make a decision. He answered all of our questions and even those that were not anticipated. By the end of our time together he made an offer that was difficult to decline. We are replacing windows in our 50+ year old home. Feel like we made a friend in Bogdan. The company’s other rep from North Augusta, Preston Cox-Padgett who coordinated the appointment, was also very knowledgeable and peaked our interest, encouraging us to meet with Bogdan. He did not disappoint. Thank you - excited to see the change!!!
