Had a 22kw Generac generator installed. Technicians were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Everything was done to my satisfaction. Rock(supervisor) and crew were on time and kept me informed of process. I highly reccomend them for your whole house generator install.

Installed my home back-up generator and could not have asked for nicer and more competent people. Pricing was good, follow-up awesome, and probably the best contractor I’ve ever dealt with.
I called Tri-State Electric for an electric circuit breaker problem. Ricky came over immediately as he was close to my house on his way home. He was able to fix the breaker within 2 minutes! It was amazing and he also explained to me why it happened and what I could do to not have that happen again.
Ricky is a great person and he works for a great company! I will bring them all of my electric and plumbing needs from now on. Thank you so much for all that you did to help me.
