TBR is by far the best shop on the East Coast. Maybe entire country. Every person there is extremely professional, courteous, and helpfull. They go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. They take care of your care like it's their own. Its a pleasure to deal with them and every mod, service, and consultation has been a perfect experience. Id like to send a special thanks to Camille who made sure my paint matched perfectly after I was hit in a parking garage. I cant say enough great things about TBR. You can trust your car with them 100 %. I will try to add pictures later.
Fantastic service. Solved the problem for an hour of labor and testing, then a test drive. $200 rather than $8,600 the BMW dealership quoted to replace everything. Will absolutely use TBR for all my BMW service going forward.
If you are not taking your European car to them whether it is BMW, VW, Audi, etc., then you are missing out on I would say is some of the best and most communicative automotive service I have ever experienced and seen! I knew before the car was dropped off I was going to get great customer service! To be given updates on the progress of the car even as it was still being worked on and problems were NOT found is 15 out of 15 stars! Over the top! And to top it off, my car feels like it has more power and is more responsive than before the issue I ran into. I will not be going to the BMW dealership anymore as long as I have this company to work on my car! Thank you Thunder...read full review
