I always get my cars service from EOCTE being a veteran that travels so many places. I have been to Columbia, Augusta and Greenville. I always get great customer service. There are two in Greenville off of Woodruff Rd. The one next to Roper Mountain Rd. The Manager, Josh was excellent. He will go above and beyond. Go see him!!! Nothing but professionalism. They will get you in and out as quit as they can. Even if they are short staff. Thanks you, Josh!
They do great work, but one thing that's sits uneasy is the fact that they mark up the parts way too much. I just paid $491 & change to have an oil change, starter replacement, & the driver headlight to be replaced for my 1996 Nissan XE pickup. The starter for my truck the most is about $80 & the headlight is about $25 (I know this because I have purchased & replaced both my headlights in the past & they were $25 each). After taking 5 vehicles to them for service, I believe that their rates are way too unreasonable & unfair. My boyfriend likes them because they do great work, but I'm not too happy about the extreme mark up on parts, it's not fair, especially to reacurring...read full review
Still stand by my review two years later. Always fast and always friendly. My go-to place for oil changes. Oil change in under 10 minutes. We timed it!! Again, I must declare, the staff is AMAZING!!
