I love this Spa! Had the loveliest Body Balance massage today (thank you, Ashley!) and left feeling 1000% refreshed. The front desk staff is always friendly, kind, and professional, too. I highly recommend this luxury Five Star experience!!
Taylor was my esthetician for my Waterfall Scalp treatment and Signature Hydrafacial—she was great! This is my second time at Woodhouse Spa and the fact that I returned says a lot because a spa is not exactly my vibe, but nothing beats the experience they provide. The relaxation room, locker room, and treatment rooms all boast relaxation and luxury. I am “just” a teacher and don’t treat myself often, but I have truly enjoyed my time at Woodhouse! I will be back again!
When I say OMG, I mean OMG! From the moment I walked through the doors, I was blown away. The staff was absolutely amazing. The lady in the blue jacket (I believe she was the morning shift manager) gave me such a warm welcome and instantly made me feel comfortable.
Lacey guided me through the spa and was so helpful, accommodating, and genuinely kind. She was literally the sweetest! The atmosphere of the spa was incredible—it put me in a complete trance, but in the best way possible. From the minute I walked in, I felt like royalty.
