Taylor was my esthetician for my Waterfall Scalp treatment and Signature Hydrafacial—she was great! This is my second time at Woodhouse Spa and the fact that I returned says a lot because a spa is not exactly my vibe, but nothing beats the experience they provide. The relaxation room, locker room, and treatment rooms all boast relaxation and luxury. I am “just” a teacher and don’t treat myself often, but I have truly enjoyed my time at Woodhouse! I will be back again!

When I say OMG, I mean OMG! From the moment I walked through the doors, I was blown away. The staff was absolutely amazing. The lady in the blue jacket (I believe she was the morning shift manager) gave me such a warm welcome and instantly made me feel comfortable.
Lacey guided me through the spa and was so helpful, accommodating, and genuinely kind. She was literally the sweetest! The atmosphere of the spa was incredible—it put me in a complete trance, but in the best way possible. From the minute I walked in, I felt like royalty. Even with other guests there, the staff has a special way of making you feel like you are the most important person in the building.
Tammy, who did my Complete Transformation Massage, was phenomenal! She made me feel completely at ease and constantly checked to make sure I was comfortable. Her hands are truly a gift because I had no idea I was carrying around that many knots! I left feeling like a completely different person.
I then had a Hydrafacial and neck facial with Kinsey, and she was just as sweet. She took the time to address my specific skin concerns and really focused on the areas that needed the most attention. My skin felt refreshed, hydrated, and glowing afterward.
Overall, this was one of the best spa experiences I’ve ever had. Every staff member went above and beyond, and I can’t wait to come back. If you’re thinking about booking, do yourself a favor and just go—you won’t regret it!

My massage therapist, Ashley, was exceptional—attentive, knowledgeable, and focused on the areas where I was experiencing the most tension. I left feeling refreshed and immediately scheduled my next appointment. I highly recommend!

I cannot recommend this spa enough! From the moment you step inside you are immediately taken care of. Massage therapist Sergy is amazing. He has done 2 deep tissue massages on me after a shoulder injury I’ve been experiencing and I have so much relief after. I highly recommend him for your next massage and Woodhouse in general for any of your relaxation needs :)
