I was searching online for a stylist at the last minute. I noticed this salon and made a phone call. Less than 15 minutes later...Konisha called me back. I explained to her my situation and she booked me appointment for the following day. She was very friendly and professional. I also appreciated our conversation during my visit. Konisha, my hair looks great! ❤️ I love the service you graced with me today. You have a very clean and relaxing environment. poor customer service for bridal package. i booked and paid in advance, sent location, konisha came and stated she rung the doorbell and called me once. true i missed the call but for it to be my wedding day and she left and was ignoring my calls and texts then wanted me to pay her an extra $100 to reschedule and then come to her! I think not! i have never been a no show, late or cancelled an appointment in the past! Konisha took it upon herself to not be any help. i do not recommend konisha unless u have a plan b! oh and the icing on the cake is, she also stood me up for my bridal shower as well back in early june. i kept my appointment for wedding day because we spoke and she informed me we were good! Dont believe anything she says

I love the lace tinting mousse, it blends soo well and is by far the best one I’ve tried ???? she also threw in a free lipgloss. Customer service is amazing as well, she responds very quickly. Thank you girly ❤️❤️

Konisha has been my stylist over 10 years! She is patient and puts a lot of care into your work. She goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. She is flexible and meets you wherever you are with unit installation, style and look. I can just sit down and she’ll know exactly what I need. She offers a variety of services and products to meet your needs. She takes care is you like family. Units are always great quality and looks amazing! She educates you on after care and maintenance, she responds to follow up needs and questions. Great stylist with a matching personality

The Hair Vixens is IT!! Konisha is exquisite at what she does, it’s that simple. I originally came to her to teach me how to do sew ins but I have gained so much more than that in my time knowing her. I’ve witness her create some of the most complex of hairstyles, make up looks and she is a whole fashionista. If you’re thinking about it, pull the trigger.
