Awesome company, highly recommend! We fully replaced our upstairs and downstairs units with them almost 3 years ago and didn’t have a single problem until this week… and it ended up being some mice that chewed through a wire (totally not the equipment or their fault). Still they came out same day and diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly for us. Also helped us prevent it from happening again.

9/23/24 AC stopped working, called, Ted sent a Tech out in an hour, put a run capacitor in, all is fixed. Great service! Ted Cook is the place to go!
Aug2020 - I had a 29 year old AC system that was leaking freon and needed replacement. Called Ted Cook and he explained why he only installs Trane equipment. It is made the best, has the least amount of maintenance and is made in the USA (Texas). He is a Trane certified Comfort Specialist. Ted got my AC installed 2 days before the original schedule date. Steve showed up and installed it professionally and even fixed some missing insulation from a previous repair that was neglected. I would highly recommend... read full review
