I wish our rating system would be ten stars instead of 5, but since it is not, I'm giving Frank F*** and his Southern Building Construction, Inc crew 5 stars X 2. It was hard for me being widowed recently, to make my decisions on replacing the siding on the house. My husband always handled those things. Frank knew exactly what to look for in the colors I was considering, the quality level of the siding to use and even the time it would take to finish the job. The man knows his business and is honest. What I appreciated about him was the fact he didn't push on me the most expensive products. His estimate on the project was very reasonable. Southern Building Construction (Owner Frank Frew) are an excellent company to engage in business. The company always does quality work and completes work as promised or contracted. Frank has worked on two houses for me and I am in the process of contracting him to build a third building. I find Frank to be honest, dependable, and a quality builder.
