Today was my first class at soul yoga. I had such a great experience. The professionalism of the staff and cleanliness and order of the facility was top notch. I felt welcomed. My class with Rileigh was amazing, she is a great instructor. And the heat really made me sweat. I normally have a difficult time sweating, but this class really helped loosen me up. I am so glad I found out about soul yoga!

Great instructors and classes but they overfill some classes....not even 3 inches between mats in the last two classes I signed up for and left the last one because there was so little room . So if you are ok not being able to actually flow and extend your arms in a vinyasa class, then you'll be ok. If you don't enjoy being packed in like sardines, skip the weekend classes for sure

Great studio, amazing instructors, and plenty of heat! I have been going for almost 5 years and I highly recommend it. Any, small issues, I have ever had were quickly resolved with excellent customer service.
